Welcome to 24KLiveWallpapers! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the 24KLiveWallpapers mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

24KLiveWallpapers provides live wallpapers, still wallpapers, and matching themed wallpapers for download and saving to your device. Some content may require a VIP subscription or watching rewarded video ads to unlock.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

2.1 Subscription Plans
We offer the following auto-renewing subscriptions:

• Weekly subscription (may include a 3-day free trial)
• Monthly subscription
• Yearly subscription

2.2 Free Trial
New users may be eligible for a free trial. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and your iTunes account will be charged.

2.3 Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings.

2.4 Restore Purchases
You can restore previously purchased subscription benefits through the "Restore Purchases" feature in the App.

2.5 Payment Processing
All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store your payment card information.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover the source code of the App
• Use cheats, scripts, bots, or other automated means to interfere with the App
• Copy, scrape, redistribute, or commercially exploit wallpapers or other content from the App without authorization
• Use the App for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
• Circumvent any subscription, unlock, or advertising mechanisms

4. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to wallpapers, designs, trademarks, logos, code, and interface elements, is owned by us or our licensors. Wallpapers downloaded through the App are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not redistribute, sell, or use them for commercial purposes without permission.

5. Advertisements

The App may display third-party advertisements, including banner ads, interstitial ads, and rewarded video ads. Watching rewarded video ads may unlock certain VIP wallpapers for non-subscribers.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Any wallpaper will meet your specific requirements or work perfectly on your device
• Results obtained from using the App will be accurate or reliable

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

8. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time without prior notice.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
